Measure thrice,
cut once.

An old carpenter's rule we take literally. Before anything is ever cut on site, we've measured three times — because the most expensive mistake is the one you could have caught at the drawing board.

A happy client is worth more than our margin.

We're glad to be paid for work well done — but the client's satisfaction always comes a step ahead. Everything else follows from that single priority: how we plan, how we communicate, and how we handle problems when they arrive.

Principle 01
Quality matters more than profit.
Principle 02
The client always comes first.
Principle 03
When your own people are happy with the work, the clients will be too.

Three phases. One standard.

Most of the work happens before the first board ever moves on site. Here's the whole process — from the first conversation to the lessons we carry into the next job.

Phase 01
Plan
Measure thrice.
Before we ever set foot on site, the planning team gets moving. We interview the client, the contractors, the subcontractors — everyone with a say in the project. Every piece of information is scrutinised and put in context. The result is an offer that is mature, detailed and transparent. No surprises halfway through the build.
Phase 02
Build
Cut once.
With the plan in hand, the execution team takes over — armed with the full brief and everything we've gathered. Daily reports, photo-documentation, records of hours, situations and extra trades on site; everything that might prove useful later. Because problems always come. And when they do, we talk to everyone involved from the very first moment until the client is satisfied.
Phase 03
Learn
…and measure better next time.
We review every finished job. What worked, what caught us off guard, what we'd do differently. That record doesn't end up in a drawer — it feeds back into planning and makes the next project sharper. The craft never stands still; it builds on what we already know.
In short We plan so carefully that the build itself is almost boring. And that's exactly the point.

Principle 01

Quality matters more than profit.

Life taught Tomáš this one — among many others — which is why it's imprinted so deeply in him, and why it runs through the DNA of his company. He can't imagine working with anyone who doesn't share it.

Principle 02

The client always comes first.

Years ago, when he was starting out as a gardener and a hired pair of hands on landscaping jobs, his mentor at the time drilled this into him. Today, many years on, he understands it completely. Only a happy client spreads the word. Only a happy client comes back.

Principle 03

If your own people are happy with the work, your clients will be too.

Early in his career, he realized he'd be his own best boss. He understands the craft inside out, and he has a knack for finding skilled people he can trust. And if his years in the trade have taught him one thing, it's that a happy person gives their work everything they've got. So his mission became a simple one — look after his team so well that none of them ever want to leave.
