PKN

Fairmont Hotel Prague — Lobby

2025
Brief

PKN brought us in as their assembly partner for the lobby of the new Fairmont — working alongside Nüssli and Hanák Contract. Our scope was primarily wall cladding and the complete furniture installation. The project called for an agile partner capable of meeting the exacting standards and tight schedules a five-star hospitality opening demands.

Challenge

The building, formerly the Hotel Intercontinental, carries heritage protection status. Every method, fixing and finish had to respect the listed fabric of the building — all within a schedule that had several contractors sharing the site at once.

Long-term partnerships are built in moments like these — when the pressure is highest and the margin for error is zero.

Reference

"We've collaborated with AllFix across several projects now, and Fairmont was among the most demanding. The heritage constraints alone would have slowed most teams down — they found ways to work within them without ever making it our problem. Deadlines were met, the finish was right, and the hotel opened on schedule."

Nüssli

National Museum Prague — Přemyslovci Exhibition

2026
Brief

Nüssli brought us back to the National Museum — this time for Přemyslovci, an exhibition on the Přemyslid dynasty built around manuscripts, reliquaries and other artefacts from the earliest history of the Czech state. Our job was the exhibition installation: walls, display cases and plinths, with the exhibits moving in only after we were done.

Challenge

Working in direct proximity to exhibition pieces of near-incalculable value demands a different quality of attention. Speed and efficiency still matter — but not at any cost. It was already the second exhibition we had installed for Nüssli at the National Museum — and the relationship continues.

Some jobs teach you what the word careful actually means.

Reference

"We hadn't worked with AllFix before the first exhibition at the National Museum. When you're assembling around artefacts of that scientific and financial value, selecting a local partner is not a decision you take lightly. They were methodical, communicative and completely reliable throughout. We have worked together since, which should say enough."

Amos Design

Nová Masaryčka, Prague — Reception

2023
Brief

Amos Design selected us specifically for our experience with Corian installation. Our task: the decorative Corian installations of the reception — across the tall ceilings and columns of one of Prague's most significant new buildings.

Challenge

Nová Masaryčka — designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, developed by Penta — has exceptionally tall ceilings. Corian at that scale and height isn't a job for just anyone: it takes a team trained specifically on the material, technical precision and careful logistics.

When a design firm with standards like Amos chooses their assembly partner, it's not arbitrary. The material is unforgiving and the building is iconic.

Reference

"Specifying Corian for the ceilings and columns was a deliberate design decision — it's a material that rewards the right hands and punishes the wrong ones. We chose AllFix based on their track record with it. The height added a layer of complexity none of us had fully anticipated, but they came back with solutions rather than problems."

Bratra / Ahrend

Škoda Showrooms — France, Germany

2022
Brief

For Bratra and Ahrend we delivered interiors for Škoda showrooms in France and Germany: illuminated display podiums for the cars, backlit with LED strips, floor coverings, wooden interior furniture and ceiling lights.

Challenge

A carmaker's showroom is an extension of the brand — every detail has to match its manual, whichever country it stands in. Assembling abroad also means everything has to be ready in advance: there's no workshop round the corner and no second chance to ship a missing part.

The car is the star. Our job is to build its stage.

Reference

"Škoda showrooms have to look just as good in France as they do in Germany — and the car on the podium has to get exactly the light it deserves. AllFix worked abroad with the same care they bring at home: podiums, floors, furniture and lighting. No surprises and no back-and-forth."

Scénografie

Stardance, Prague

2021
Brief

Scénografie brought us in for one of the more exposed jobs we've taken on — full set assembly for Stardance, broadcast live on Czech Television to a national audience.

Challenge

The deadlines were non-negotiable by definition. Assembly happened in direct view of a live broadcast schedule that moved for no one. There was no buffer, no second take, and nowhere to hide.

Television doesn't wait. Neither do we.

Reference

"In scenography for live television, your assembly team is either an asset or a liability — there's not much space in between. With AllFix, we never had to wonder which. The Stardance schedule had zero tolerance for delays and they understood that from day one. The set was ready. The show went out."

Gutovka

Gutovka, Prague — Bar and Back-of-house

2020
Brief

A bar meant to read as a natural continuation of the venue's façade. We collaborated with the owner on its final design and delivered it in full — including the back-bar service area, from design to assembly. On top of that came a complete renovation of the wooden elements and furniture, indoors and out.

Challenge

The new bar couldn't look like an add-on — it had to look like part of the building. Its signature is the inset LED strips: a detail that only works when every joint and edge is executed with absolute precision. And the outdoor timber has to hold up not just on opening day, but through years of weather and service.

The best detail is the one where you can't tell where the building ends and the furniture begins.

Reference

"We wanted a bar that looked like it had always been here — in the same spirit as the façade. AllFix refined the final design with us, built the bar and the whole service area behind it, and brought all the timber inside and out back into shape. Guests notice the light in the bar. We notice that after years of service, it still holds up."
